37 in pasadena. highs will be up near 40 degrees with mostly cloudy skies and maybe a sprinkle or a flurry. that moisture we have been tracking is basically falling apart. we are tracking some accidents in traffic. >> we have one accident at greenspring on the inner loop in the pikesville region. it is off to the right shoulder. it is creating some attention on the inner loop at greenspring. westbound liberty road, we still have some of downed wires blocking the right lane. up to speed on the north side. everything okay on the rest of the major roadways.

pulse 11. >> pretty quiet start to 2013. even the temperatures are nice. temperatures at least above the freezing mark. 35 degrees at the airport. 38 in parkton. 41 in edgewood. these temperatures are warmer than what we expected. we are watching this large batch of moisture. it tracks from texas into kentucky and over the appalachian mountains. this has been a lackluster storm. it is basically falling apart over the mid atlantic. we were talking about a potential for a rain or snow shower. we are scaling back their

chances. high pressure is ushering in dry air into the mid atlantic. the storm system is putting on the brakes as it moves east. there is a cold front moving in tonight. we will not see a big change in the temperatures. this upcoming week will be quiet. there's one system off to the south. into thursday, more moisture down to the south. we'll stay mostly dry. notice how the storm tries to come up the coast but many moves offshore. pretty quiet for this upcoming week.

we're study to see a delay on southbound 295. not sure if there's a reason for that. we have an accident on the inner loop at greenspring. it may have been cleared from the shoulder. looking much better over towards the j.f.x. 795 shows a very light conditions down towards the beltway. 95, 54 miles per hour approaching the fort mchenry toll plaza. we will keep you posted on any new problems that develop. light volume this morning. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> thank you. temperatures were pretty mild overnight.

now we are tracking some moisture moving into the mid atlantic. you can see that with the shades of green. the radar is being dramatic. this is evaporating before it reaches the ground. we expect mostly dry conditions. maybe a drop of rain or a flurry. a large storm system is moving in from the last. this high pressure system is helping to usher in the dry air. we will stay mostly dry today. the storm system looks impressive but everything is falling apart. a better chance for rain in southern virginia and north carolina.

the petite dew points right now -- look at the dew points right now. temperatures are about 10 degrees warmer. we have 35 right now at the airport. 38 degrees in parkton. nice to see a lot of temperatures above freezing. highs in the upper 40's to the 30's to the low 40's. we are tracking this storm. another storm system tries to develop on thursday. that will stay to the south. no good chances for any precipitation.
